Our cancellation policy
We request our visitors and customers to check our cancellation policy before booking their package. Mentioned-below is our cancellation policy:
- If you wish to cancel your tour package, then you must give a written intimation. We do not accept virtual meet such as Mobile phone, telephone, messenger including WhatsApp or any other social media platform. ? If any of our customers do not arrive on time in the designated on the reporting time and date, then we will consider this as a canceled package and hence Cancellation policy would apply here.
- Last 30days of the 50 % refund in your advance payment
- Between 30 to 15 days of the journey date 30% refund in your advance payment.
- Within 14days of the journey of no refund in your advance
- Refund will be payable only after we receive an application for cancellation. And as per the cancellation policy, the refund will be made one month after the date on which you have canceled the package.
- We will make the refund the payment via cheque or transfer online only to the account from which we have received the payment of package booking.
